We are a small company who pride ourselves on being able to recognise every individual's needs and goals.
We have had 6 years of experience, working with the larger sectors of the fitness industry as well as working with smaller, more personal companies. This means we are able to recognise exactly what our customers expect from our service.
Personal training is a very versatile concept, some people are looking for weight loss and others are looking purely to gain a better quality of fitness and wellbeing.
We believe that everyone can achieve their goals with the right set of tools and motivation.
Dan Rigler - Founder of Dr fitness.
Dan has worked in the leisure industry for 6 years. His qualifications consist of NASM Level 3,
YMCA In resistance/cardiovascular training, NVQ in Leisure Management levels 1.2.3 and
GNVQ in Leisure/Tourism levels 1.2.3.
Dan has been involved in sport for most his life. His major passion is in XC mountain biking.
He has been riding since he was 16 years old and tries to get out at any given opportunity.
His key areas of expertise are weight loss and weight gain, stretching and flexibility, food and nutrition.
Having worked with larger companies such as David Lloyd he has gained much experience allowing him
to motivate and help others to achieve their goals.
Simon Myerschoe - Personal Trainer.
Simon has over four years experience within the health and fitness sector. He is a keen sportsman
himself playing semi-professional football and enjoys training. Simon gained an Honours degree from
the University of Salford in Sports Rehabilitation with which he has gained experience working with
elite athletes and their coaches. Also YMCA level 3 Personal Training qualified, Simon has worked in
large corporate gyms personal training a variety of clients. Other qualifications gained are Level
3 nutrition and weight management, level 3 training in different environments, level 2 pilates and
certificates in indoor cycling and body combat.
Sarah Lewis - Personal Trainer/Thai Boxing Instructor.
Sarah has been Personal Training for 4 years amongst teaching many classes such as Thai boxing and
aerobics, She thrives from Motivating people and helping them gain the results the have longed for.
A great way to get in shape and tone up is to hit the pads and give it your all with some Thai boxing.
Her Qualifications consist of – Premier Global, Exercise to music, Reps level 3, Thai Boxing federation.
Peter Gomola - Customer Relations.
Peter has a background in customer services and hospitality spanning twenty-five years.
His role at Dr fitness is to assist the company founder Dan Rigler in ensuring that exemplary
standards are kept at all times so maintaining total customer satisfaction.
You will receive courtesy calls from Peter to make sure everything is running smoothly between
yourself and your trainer and to discuss ANY concerns you may have but don't be surprised to
get a phone call from Peter even if you are being trained by Dan himself!!!
Claire Pheasey - Company Secratary and Fitness Fanatic.
Claire's main roll for Dr fitness is to make sure that the day to day tasks are maintained and to help
run regular workshops that we operate such as kid's club and running club. Claire has been a keen long
distance runner since she was 14 and loves working with children.
Shauna Stringfellow - Beauty Therapy.
Shauna trained in beauty therapy 10 years ago, she has worked as an assistant manager of an award winning
beauty spa gaining vast experience in how to maintain a top level of customer satisfaction. For the last 4
years she has been concentrating on bringing personalised beauty treatments to clients in the privacy of their
own home, as more and more people find this service appealing and most convenient.
Shauna prides herself on providing treatments and advice that is recognised throughout Cheshire. She only uses
top quality brands and, more importantly, treats everyone as an individual when it comes down to their personal
needs.
Heather Miller - Diet And Nutrition Expert.
Heather completed a BSc Nutrition in John Moores University,Liverpool. This was followed up by a postgraduate
diploma and Masters in Nutrition & Dietetics in University of Chester. Once qualified as a state registered
dietitian she always knew she would enjoy working within a variety of areas of nutrition and disease states.
Heather's areas of specialities include paediatrics, obesity & weight management, allergies, Sports performance,
enhancement & metabolism, hypercholesterolaemia and diabetes, renal disease, Coeliac disease and other
gastrointestinal problems, and vitamin & mineral deficiencies.

Wesley Tait - Thai Boxing.
Wes has worked in the fitness industry for 8 years; his area of expertise mainly
focuses on Thai Boxing and Fitness training. He worked for David Lloyd Leisure for
7 years as a senior Fitness Instructor, working with Children and succeeding in running
a nightly Thai Boxing class for all David Lloyd members.
The benefits of working with Wes are endless, not only do you get a fantastic all round workout;
you will also gain confidence and be able to defend yourself if necessary.
His Qualifications include; Qualified Martial arts instructor (Thai-boxing/Kickboxing),
Qualified Fitness and circuits instructor, Youth worker (working with children/teenagers),
Personal and small group training, Fully insured and affiliated to the W.K.A,
(World kickboxing association).
